All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after receiving a booking confirmation email from the resort. Payment details must be provided to secure a reservation.
A deposit of 50% of the total booking amount is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining balance should be paid upon check-in. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and online bank transfers.
If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled check-in date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount.
Check-in time is from 12:00 PM, and check-out time is before 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional charges.
The resort is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to take care of their valuables. All adventure activities are undertaken at the guest's own risk, and the resort will not be liable for any injuries or accidents.
Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Consumption of alcohol is permitted in accordance with local laws. Guests must act responsibly while consuming alcohol on the premises.
Gaayatri Dandeli Resort reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the guest's responsibility to review the terms and conditions before making a booking.
